OnePlus today announced the launch of OnePlus TV U1S, the latest model in the company’s growing TV product line for the Indian market.
OnePlus TV U1S is an LED LCD TV. It has three sizes of 50 inches, 55 inches and 65 inches, each with a UHD resolution of 3840×2160 pixels. The panel has 10-bit color depth and 93% DCI-P3 color space coverage. U1S also supports HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG, but does not have Dolby Vision. OnePlus claims that the color accuracy reaches Delta-E
U1S is equipped with a pair of stereo speakers with 30W amplification and Tanner tuning functions. The TV supports standard Dolby audio, but not Atmos.
U1S runs on the Android TV 10 platform and has built-in Netflix, Prime Video and Spotify applications. Built-in Google Assistant and Chromecast as well as Miracast, DLNA and Multicast. In order to run your application, U1S has 16GB internal storage and 2GB system memory.
In terms of connectivity, OnePlus TV U1S is equipped with 3 HDMI 2.1 connectors (HDMI 1 has eARC) and a single optical audio output, analog AV input, Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11n and 2 USB 2.0 ports.
In addition to TV, OnePlus also launched OnePlus TV Camera. The OnePlus TV camera is designed to connect to all existing OnePlus TVs and can take wide-angle photos and 1080p videos. There are also dual microphones and background noise cancellation. This device can be used to make video calls using apps such as Google Duo on the TV. When not in use, you can close the camera by sliding the lens cover.
The 50-inch model of OnePlus U1S is priced at 39,999 INR, the 55-inch model is priced at 47,999 INR, and the 65-inch model is priced at 62,999 INR. OnePlus TV Camera is priced at 2,499 Indian rupees.
OnePlus TV U1S will be on sale in Amazon India, OnePlus India and Flipkart and retail stores tomorrow (June 11, 12pm, US Standard Time).
